Family Visit Part 2

Gram and Aunt Lydia visited a couple of weekends ago, and Will hasn't stopped missing his Aunt Lydia since. He adores her, and the rest of us were pretty non-existent while she was here!

Tour de Silver Comet

Daddy and Will have been taking to the trail on Sunday afternoons. Will rides in his yellow buggy, usually with a select superhero friend, and Daddy does all the work. A few miles out, there's a spot for them to kick around a ball and get some frozen lemonade. When they get back, I have two very tired and sweaty boys!

One Month

Baby Luke is one month old! He had a great check up, weighing in at 10 lbs, 12oz. He's now 22 inches long. All his measurements are in the 75th percentile. He's a very laid back baby. Good sleeper. Good eater--as you can see by gaining almost 3lbs in a month. We are very blessed to have two happy, healthy boys.

Preschool

Our big boy started preschool on Monday. It must have been a very exciting day because he passed out in the car on the way home. His new class comes with new curriculum: reading, writing, math, science, Spanish, computer. I'm so excited about how much he is going to learn. I am trying not to focus on how fast time is flying by!

I guess preschool comes with other issues. Not all of his friends moved to this class, so there is some adjustment there. Also....well, it's just best to quote Will....

Yesterday: "Lily and Munday were mad at me. I'm having trouble with the ladies."

But rest assured, today was better. "Lily is my special friend again. She's not mad anymore. No more trouble with the ladies."

Sigh. Oh goodness.
