Oh, goodness. Its been a roller coaster these past few weeks. Our holiday season hasn't quite gone as planned. It all started with Will getting sick, which caused a flare up of bronchiolitis, and some breathing issues that sent us to Children's Healthcare from midnight to 6 am. Bronchiolitis, croup, an ear infection, a visit to Thomas Hospital in Fairhope and a new tooth later, Will is feeling much better. Now Gus and I are trying to get rid of the cold that started the whole thing.
To make things even more interesting, when I walked outside to get the mail on Christmas Eve, I noticed that our CR-V was missing. Stolen from our driveway, in broad daylight, in a 2 hour window on Christmas Eve. Well, Merry Christmas to us! That has and will continue to lead to all kinds of interesting situations...
But, despite all of that, our Christmas Day was the best ever because we got to spend it with Will. Its been so much fun to watch him open gifts and spend time playing with each and every one. He's particularly fond of his new remote control, "laptop", blocks and Cookie Monster from Santa. His aunts and grandparents also got him some really cool gifts, and he's been having so much fun, he doesn't want to sleep!
Finally, Will turned 9 months old today. Its hard to believe how big he's getting....so fast! We're just so blessed and so happy!
